Jam and ham rolls

2 gluten-free rolls (without soy, egg or dairy products)
15 g organic vegan margarine (without milk, egg, soy or nuts)
1 tablespoon of jam (20 g) – e.g. raspberry jam
1 slice of boiled ham (30 g)
2 slices of tomato (25 g)
Sprigs of parsley

Serve with a cup of coffee or tea with sugar, honey or sweetener and possibly some gluten-free oat milk or coconut milk.

Preparation

Heat the gluten-free rolls and cut them open. Spread one roll with the margarine and jam. Spread the second roll with the margarine and top with the boiled ham. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
