INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE WITH THE CONDITION
Open sandwiches with ham and corned beef
2 slices of gluten-free bread (without soy, egg or dairy products)
15 g organic vegan margarine (without milk, egg, soy or nuts)
2 slices of cured ham
½ teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
Sprig of parsley
1 slice of corned beef
½ small red onion
Fruit or black tea with sugar, honey or sweetener and possibly lemon juice. Mineral water is also possible.
Toast the bread briefly. Spread both slices with the margarine. Top one slice with the cured ham and sprinkle with the freshly grated horseradish and freshly chopped parsley. Top the other slice with the sliced corned beef and add a few thin slices of the red onion.
