INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE WITH THE CONDITION
Apple and pear muesli
3 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats (40 g)
3 tablespoons cornflakes (20 g)
½ apple (65 g)
½ pear (65 g)
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon sugar or honey (10 g)
150 ml gluten-free oat milk
Lightly dry fry the oats in a pan. Wash and peel the apple and pear and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Mix the oats with the oat milk (cold or warm) and sweeten to taste with sugar. Add the cornflakes and the fruit.
Serve with a cup of coffee or tea with sugar, honey or sweetener and possibly some gluten-free oat milk or coconut milk.
