Exotic fruit salad

1 kiwi
8 cape gooseberries (physalises / 50 g)
1 squeeze of lime juice
1 teaspoon of sugar or honey
2 slices of pineapple (fresh, frozen or canned – sprinkled with a little sugar)
1 mint leaf
Rum flavouring (1 drop)
2 tablespoons of orange or mandarin juice

Preparation

Peel and quarter the kiwi. Remove the husks from the cape gooseberries and cut them in half. Cut the pineapple slices into bite-sized pieces and season the fruit with the lime juice, rum flavouring and sugar – add a little pineapple juice. Mix everything well and serve.
